■2023年Jプロツアー第12戦第3回JBCF南魚沼クリテリウム日付 2023年9月17日開催地・コース 新潟県南魚沼市六日町・坂戸特設コース（1周1.24km）距離（カテゴリー）：49.6km出場 エリック(13位) 神村（21位）阿部 藤井 横矢 瀬戸口 風間 鈴木（DNF）
後半戦のスタート。コースはほぼ正方形、橋の上が若干の登りではあるが基本的にはイージーコース。エリックと風間のスプリントで順位を狙う。まとまって走ることを徹底してスタート地点へ。コースはイージーだが気温が37度まで上がり1時間のレースとは思えないほど厳しいものとなった。
スタートからほどなくして逃げが決まる。キナンからモレ選手。シマノから石原選手。愛三工業から石上選手。10周目までにキナンのライアン選手、シエルブルー鹿屋の大河内選手が逃げに合流。キナンの2名が強力なことからある程度のタイム差で抑えておき後半の展開に備えたい。しかし全チームブリヂストン頼みで出方を探る時間が続く。我々はエリック、阿部を中心として位置取り後半へ向け温存。しかし探り合いを続けた結果タイム差は1分を超える。終盤に愛三工業が総出でコントロールを開始。2周回でほぼ全選手を使い切り30秒ほどタイム差を詰めるが他に引ける選手がおらずTHE END.そこからタイム差が縮まることはなく優勝争いは先頭の4名に絞られる。メイン集団にはエリックと神村が残り集団の頭を狙う走りに。優勝はシマノの石原選手。エリックがメイン集団後方14位でのフィニッシュ。これが最高位だった。
～監督談～例年であればスプリントに持ち込まれる展開。しかし今年は逃げ切り勝利となった。追走が行ったときに誰も乗せられなかったのは前日のミーティングで積極的に逃げを狙うより最終盤に動いてリザルトを目指そうと言った私の責任である。有り余ったパワーを存分に発揮できるようスタートからアグレッシブに攻めるべきであった。ブリヂストン頼みの時に1枚牽引に加えることも出来た。次回は後手を踏んだ場合ゲーム性を残す為にも牽引に1名出したいと思う。
～神村談～ペースは問題なかったが暑さが厳しく熱中症になってしまった。何とか最後エリックの為に動いたが最後までは動けず。ボトルを2本持っていくべきだった。
■2023年Jプロツアー第13戦第57回JBCF経済産業大臣旗ロードチャンピオンシップ兼 第12回JBCF女子チャンピオンシップ兼第8回JBCF南魚沼ロードレース日付 2023年9月18日開催地・コース 新潟県南魚沼市 三国川ダム周回コース（1周12km/左回り）距離（カテゴリー）：144km出場 阿部（22位）藤井、横矢、鈴木、エリック（DNF）
実業団のレースで一番ランクの高いレースがこの経済産業大臣旗杯。今年も南魚沼のコースで争われた。ダムの周りを使ったコースで登りあり、平坦あり、テクニカルな下りがありとロードレースの要素が詰まったコースである。ポイントは5分ほどの坂へ入るときにどれだけ前で入れるか。後ろで入るとしばらくもがき続けて体力を使うことになるので下りに入る前までには前にいようと話し合いスタート。スタート後はゆったりと進む。2～3周目にかけて横矢がキナンの宮崎選手と共に20秒ほどのタイム差をつけて逃げ始める。しかし宮崎選手のペースが速くドロップしてしまう。同タイミングでマトリックス小林選手が登りの麓から一本引きで集団を縦長にして牽引。平坦部分で有力選手の逃げが出来上がる。マトリックス マンセボ選手シマノ 風間選手愛三工業 草場選手、石上選手キナン 孫崎選手EF 留目選手力技で抜け出した優勝候補が何名も入った強力な逃げ集団は快調に飛ばし4分ほどのタイム差をすぐに稼ぎ出す。6周目からキナンがメイン集団を開始。1周で1分以上逃げ集団とのタイム差を詰めていく。このペースでメイン集団は崩壊し、阿部と藤井2名のみが集団に残る。８周目には1分差まで縮まるがハイペースにより阿部と藤井がドロップ。集団の人数も10数名、他は小さなパックで走行とまさにサバイバルな展開に。逃げ集団からさらに抜け出したマンセボ選手が最後は独走に持ち込み優勝。2位にメイン集団から抜け出したマトリックス ホセ選手。3位にはキナンの孫崎選手が入った。メイン集団からドロップしたが最後まで諦めず走り続けた阿部選手が22位でフィニッシュ。なんとJ PRO TOUR初戦で一番厳しいコースで完走。ポテンシャルの高さを見せてくれた。
～監督談～厳しいコースで横矢が逃げ、阿部と藤井が粘りを見せてくれた。特に藤井の絞り具合は凄まじく、結果にはつながらなかったがあと一歩のところまで来ている。阿部は初参戦で22位とポテンシャルの高さを見せてくれた。週末の群馬でも彼らを軸に結果を追い求めたい。
～阿部談～高強度への対応が不足していた。勝ち逃げが行った時は耐える事しかできず逃げに混ざることは今の自分にはできなかった。大学のレースとは違い、高強度のレベルをもう一段高めないとここでは戦えない。サポートに応えられるよう結果を追い求めていく。

Start of the second half. The course is almost square, and although there is a slight climb over the bridge, it is basically an easy course. Eric and Kazama sprint for position.We made sure to run together and headed to the starting point.The course was easy, but the temperature rose to 37 degrees, making it incredibly tough for a one-hour race.
Shortly after the start, the team decided to run away. More player from Kinan. Ishihara from Shimano. Ishigami from Aisan Industries. By the 10th lap, Kinan's Ryan and Ciel Blue Kanoya's Okochi had joined up to escape. Since Kinan's two members are strong, we want to keep them within a certain time difference and prepare for the development in the second half. However, the entire team relied on Bridgestone to find a way to proceed. We are conserving our positions for the second half, centering on Eric and Abe.However, as they continued to search for each other, the time difference was over 1 minute.In the final stages, Aisan Kogyo began to take full control. In two laps, we used almost all the players and closed the time difference by about 30 seconds, but there was no one else who could pull back, so it was THE END.From then on, the time difference never narrowed, and the battle for victory was narrowed down to the first four riders.Eric and Kamimura remained in the main group and ran to aim for the head of the group.The winner was Shimano's Ishihara. Eric finished in 14th place behind the main group. This was the highest rank.
~Director's talk~In normal years, this would be a development that would be brought into the sprint. However, this year he managed to escape and win.The reason why no one was able to get on board when the chase took place was my fault, as I had said in the meeting the day before that I would move towards the final stage and aim for a result rather than actively trying to escape.They should have attacked aggressively from the start to make full use of their excess power.I was also able to add one to the tow when I relied on Bridgestone. Next time, I would like to send one person to lead the game in order to preserve the gameplay in case I fall behind.
～Kamimura story～My pace was fine, but the heat was so intense that I suffered from heat stroke. I managed to move for Eric's sake at the end, but I couldn't move until the end. I should have brought two bottles.

The Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Flag Cup is the highest ranked race among business teams. This year too, the race was contested on the Minamiuonuma course. The course uses the area around the dam, and is filled with the elements of a road race, with uphill sections, flat sections, and technical downhill sections.The key is how far in advance you enter when entering the 5-minute hill. If we entered at the back, we would have to struggle for a while and use up our physical strength, so we started talking about staying at the front before starting the descent.After the start, proceed slowly. From the 2nd to 3rd lap, Yokoya and Kinan's Miyazaki started to run away with a time difference of about 20 seconds. He completed the race on the toughest course in the first round of J PRO TOUR. He showed great potential.
~Director's talk~Yokoya ran away from the tough course, and Abe and Fujii showed their tenacity. Fujii's performance in particular was amazing, and although it didn't lead to any results, he was one step closer.Abe showed his high potential by finishing 22nd in his first race.I would like to pursue results with them as the core in Gunma on the weekend.
～Abe talk～The ability to handle high-intensity conditions was insufficient. He could only endure the situation when he was trying to win and run away, and he couldn't join in the escape. Unlike university races, you can't compete here unless you raise your level of high intensity to the next level. We will continue to pursue results in order to respond to your support.
